3.4. Cancellation of an order

Once the order has been completed and paid for, you can only cancel it if you have done so through your customer account and if you have requested home delivery or collection at a Post Office or Punto Pack store as the shipping method.

In these cases, you can cancel the order by accessing it through your account, provided it hasn't yet been prepared by our warehouse. If the order status is OPEN, you can cancel it, but if that status has changed, it means our warehouse is already preparing the order and it cannot be canceled.

3.5 Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

If, at the time of order issuance, CARAT JEWELRY detects a lack of stock in its warehouses of any of the products included in the order, you will be notified immediately via email.

In addition, the amount of the item charged but not sent will be refunded to the customer in the following days (maximum 30 days) by the same payment method used in the purchase.
